Shipments

Courier to you - free on orders over NIS 399. The courier coordinates in advance and arrives within 2-5 business days to a private address or a workplace address. Please note: deliveries are made between the hours of 08:00-17:00 and in coordination. We recommend giving a workplace address (Please note: the day of the order is not considered a business day)

Free service - our new self-collection service! The package will be picked up from one of our stores: INDGO Ramat Aviv (Ramat Aviv Mall) or INDGO HOUSE 2^nd Kiryat Shaul st. Tel Aviv.Orders received by 3:00 PM can be picked up the next day.

** For orders under 399 NIS, the shipping cost with a courier is 35 NIS - During sale times there may be delays in shipping times.

Exchanges and returns

Want to return/exchange an item? No problem. This can be done easily.All you have to do is to call us and specify the reason for the exchange/return Name, phone, email and the item you wish to return/exchange and send the item back by courier or arrive with the item at one of the stores.

Return - we will contact you by phone to complete the credit process.

Pay attention:Costs of changing an item or size and returning it - shipping on behalf of the customer

* Any product that is not on sale can be exchanged within 4 days of receiving the shipment. Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.

* There is no doubling of promotions for sale items.

* A product that is on sale can be returned within 2 business days from the day of receipt minus a 5% cancellation fee.

*A product that is returned will be credited with the purchase amount only if it has not been used, it is in its original packaging and with all labels on it. Shoes will be returned in their original box with no postal authority mark on them.

* Direct cards cannot be credited, therefore direct card holders are entitled to receive credit on the website only.

* The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the item is returned, exclusively to the credit card from which the order was placed. It will be performed under the same conditions as the original deal

* In the case of a refund, the shipping fees will not be refunded (if any)

* It is not possible to receive a monetary credit for product(s) bought with a gift voucher

* Please note, swimwear, bodysuits and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned in accordance with the directive of the Ministry of Health

*Products sold in a closed package can only be exchanged if the package is intact and has not been opened.

* Products made to order (shirts, bracelets) cannot be exchanged/returned.
